We make specialized tank superstructures and focus on technologies, which increase productivity of our customers.
We believe in a combination of traditional technology, like our water recycling system with modern electronics and the digital world. Thanks to this, our customers has benefits like redundancy of control features (from radio remote control, thru virtual control panel all the way to manual valve controls), automated system of the superstructure with intuitive control panel and user interface, precise control of the hydraulic arm with above standard range of motion and more.
We offer specialized superstructures for sludge dewatering and oil separation as one of few companies on the market.
We are working hard on the development of our own fleet management system with a web interface. This system will provide our customers with real time data from the machines about tank levels, chassis weight, fuel consumption, odometer and more key parameters for efficient operation. Another important feature is job planning with vehicle and personal schedules.
Bauer (peasant) in a small Bavarian town, at the foot of the Alps and in sight of Lake Constance, needs to transport slurry to his pastures and because he is technically skilled he builds his first suction tank. The town is Scheidegg and the peasant is Mr. Sinz the oldest.
The family company produces various suction and cleaning machines for the local customers.
The machines are custom made according to the needs of his customers.
Son of the founder Helmut Andreas Sinz produces the first machine which combines suction and high pressure water cleaning.
Water for the high pressure cleaning is recovered via a recycling system from the suctioned sludge.
The machines are highly progressive and successful on the market.
Sinz gaines customers in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain and Czech republic. H. A. Sinz meets with the owner of the GapWax company from the USA, Gari Poborsky. They exchange know-how on super suction units for dry and wet material suction and the recycling system.
Business development after the 1989 revolution in the Czech Republic led to the meeting of H. A.
Sinz with Josef Paclt, the founder of PATOK a.s..
From this moment PATOK has become one of the biggest customers of SINZ - Fahrzeugbau GmBH.
SINZ - Fahrzeugbau history wasn't always bright. After the tragic family accident H. A. Sinz lost his motivation. At the same time PATOK grows in Czech Republic and is interested in starting its own superstructure production. In 2017 SINZ - Fahrzeugbau led by H. A. Sinz signs a contract with PATOK a.s. and transfers the production to Czech Republic. Family company PATOK a.s. based in Louny Czech Republic builds a new production workshop and in 2019 begins a new chapter for the company.
Production in Louny began with units for PATOK’s own use. First a complete rebuild of an old supersucker. First RECYCLER was made in Louny already in 2010 under H. A. Sinz supervision. The first unit for external customer made in Louny came in 2014 - a hybrid supersucker certified for coal dust suction used in heavy duty conditions.
More customers followed soon. PATOK a.s. has created SINZ s.r.o. for its manufacturing business.
SINZ has added several new products to its portfolio to offer specialized solutions for different customer needs.
